We want you to have a seamless experience with our Ella Adventure Tour. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the following refund policy:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
